I enjoyed the exercise but I thought there was too much time between the exercises. I had a hard time focusing for some reason. I tried this exercise several times but I was never successful with focusing 100% of the time. This has been a very over whelming week and it's been hard to focus on anything.
My idea of mental workout is finding a quiet place and meditating. I am not for sure about what but that's what I envision.

ReplyDeleteI feel where you are with this exercise. This exercise to me seem like one that needs to be learned with patiences and time. I was able to focus but not for long. I will keep trying because this will help me and my family I hope..
