    I agree that the quiet times in the exercise were a little lengthy at first, but the more I listened, I got better at filling the "empty space". Initally, I was making mental do do lists, but I quickly moved on to working on me, rather than everything else I need to do.
    Did you kind the same situation with the Loving Kindness exercise?
