I was able to better concentrate on this weeks exercises. I seemed to be more relaxed or more into the exercise. This exercise came easier then the previous exercises. I enjoyed bringing my mind back to the breathing exercises when it wondered. I enjoyed the discipline I had over myself.
I don't believe their is a connection with the mental, physical and spiritual wellness. I think they are all one and are stacked neatly inside each other. This is manifested by allowing more time for me, with exercising both mentally and physically.

ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a very interesting idea you share with us all, the connection between the mental, phyiscal and spiritual well being are one. I think thats where balance and stability bring in a peacefulness that becomes equal as the mind becomes trained to maintain leadership at a state of balance between the three. With meditation I think it is possible. Thank you for sharing your experience. Your classmate--angie
Melissa,
ReplyDeleteI like your theory that the mental, physical, and spiritual are all one. I never thought about it but it makes sense. If we change one aspect (mental, physical, or spiritual) another aspect will also change. It is a good way to think of our entire body adn to try to maintain balance.
